Unusual Court Records Raise 'Misconduct' Concerns in Maricopa County Child Custody Cases

Victims Unite Against Judge Charlene Jackson's Manipulation of the Maricopa County Superior Court System

The Maricopa County Superior Court is facing increasing scrutiny for its failure to hold Judge Charlene Jackson accountable for her ongoing manipulation of the justice system. Reports indicate that there are significant irregularities occurring in her courtroom, including the troubling absence of audio recordings from hearings along with missing filings and evidence submitted by litigants. In one instance, Judge Jackson openly acknowledged that she deliberately issued rulings in order formats that cannot be appealed, then revealed she had personal motives behind her decisions in another case.


Comments made by Jackson during court proceedings, while the FTR recordings were turned off, should have been documented in the official record. However, it appears that she intentionally muted the audio to shield herself from potential judicial scrutiny. This action undermines the litigants' rights to have a complete and accurate record of the proceedings, which is essential for any subsequent reviews by the court. Jackson tampering with the Court record should result in every case she manipulated to be dismissed.


In light of these concerns, victims of Judge Jackson's alleged misconduct are taking proactive measures to ensure that such actions do not affect others in the future. They are filing complaints with the Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct and have referred the situation to law enforcement for investigation into possible criminal activities, including the destruction of evidence, witness tampering and various forms of misconduct. Additionally, those impacted by Jackson's actions are planning to subpoena court reporters for depositions regarding the missing audio files, seeking to uncover the truth behind the veil of secrecy that has shrouded these proceedings in Judge Jackson’s Corrupt Courtroom.
